Welcome to Wellness Made Easy (“we,” “our,” “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tahiti Trader from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
