Ingredients: (serves 2)

  • ½ Cup Vanilla Almond or Soy Yogurt
  • ½ Cup Almond or Soy Milk
  • ¼ Cup Noni Juice
  • 2.5 Tbls Chia Seeds
  • 1 Handful Chocolate Granola
  • 2 Handful Raspberries or Blackberries (best if crushed to add flavor)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt, milk, and Noni juice.
  2. Stir in the chia seeds
  3. Add crushed fruit and stir
  4. Cover and set in the refrigerator overnight (it’s best if you can stir the chia seeds a few times before you go to bed to prevent clumps)
  5. In the morning, stir the mixture
  6. Stir in another spoonful or two of yogurt if desired and enjoy!
