Don't Stock up on Apple Cider Vinegar...Until you read this!

Extra Extra, Read All About It.... Coconut Vinegar is the New Apple Cider Vinegar!

Everyone seems to have a bottle of Apple Cider Vinegar in their pantry and medicine cabinet so that they can use the natural cure-all as part of their diet and beauty routine. But did you know that there may be another vinegar that’s just as beneficial as your beloved apple cider vinegar? Meet coconut vinegar, its hipper cousin....and actually, it is not "just as beneficial," it is 3xs more nutrient dense than Apple Cider Vinegar!

Because of it's fermentation, coconut vinegar a natural source of Probiotics, which feed our Microbiome—that community of good bacteria that keeps us healthy is so many ways.

Also, coconut trees grow in soil that’s highly rich in nutrients, therefore, the “sap” from the coconut blossoms is also rich in nutrients. Coconut vinegar is consequently a good source of minerals and vitamins, including potassium (which helps balance electrolytes, control blood pressure, and process sugar), ascorbic acid or vitamin C (an important antioxidant) and certain B vitamins, particularly B2 or riboflavin (an important vitamin that is essential in the body’s energy production, cellular function, and metabolism).

Coconut vinegar contains all essential amino acids—the building blocks of protein that are often incomplete in plant-based foods.  Amino acids also play a role in oxygenating blood and keeping the immune system healthy, among other key functions in the body.

Or for a hair conditioning rinse, add a few tablespoons vinegar to a cup of water. Apply to hair and let sit for a couple of minutes, then gently rinse (Make sure to do a patch test, as coconut vinegar is more acidic than apple cider vinegar, so it can be harsh on sensitive skin, and may need to be diluted more).

  • If Apple Cider Vinegar has proven anti-fungal properties, in part because of its acetic content, that means the even more acetic Coconut Vinegar could help with yellowing nails, athlete’s foot, and even dandruff.
  • Coconut vinegar can be used in the same way as any other vinegar.
  • Coconut vinegar can be made from either coconut sap or coconut water…Tahiti Trader uses coconut sap, which produces a more nutritious vinegar than that of coconut water.

Here are some of the common uses:

  • For cooking as part of the ingredients for a dish
  • In a salad dressing, for use in a marinade
  • Added to cold water for a healthy drink

The Miracle of MAX-updated!

The Miracle of MAX-updated!

Most pet owners consider their pet to be “part of the family”.  So it’s no surprise that a pet caregiver’s emotional response would be similar in nature to the response we often see in people providing care for a sick family member.

(Update below with a video!)

The following is a true story about how Noni Juice saved the life of a loved pet named Max.

“In January of this year (2018) we took a weekend camping trip. During the camp out our 10 year old German Shepard mix, Max, became quite lethargic. He had lost quite a bit of weight before this and we were about to take him in for a ultrasound to find out about the weight loss. Anyway, when we got home Max show no signs of perking back up to his old self. I scheduled a vet visit and prepared myself for the worst. During the visit we found out that Max was in the final stages of liver cancer and was given only a couple of weeks to a few months of life. Needless to say we were heartbroken. We even held an Irish wake so family and friends could come say goodbye to him."
The next day at work I was telling my friend Jim about my dog and he asked if he could run an experiment with Max. Not having anything to lose, I said YES of course. Jim then told me about Noni Juice and it's beneficial effects on the liver. The next day he gave me a bottle of Tahiti Trader Organic Noni Juice. He told me to buy some Milk Thistle. At every meal for the next 5 months we gave Max 4 ounces of Noni Juice. He slowly but surely started to regain energy and look as if he was putting weight back on.

After about 5 months we took Max back to the Vet to get a status update. The vet didn't remember at first the grave condition Max was in during his last visit. After he stepped out and looked at Max's chart he came back in and was shocked at how good he looked. Max had indeed put back on over 10 pounds of the 23 he had lost and the tumor on his liver had shrunk somewhat and there wasn't anymore leaching. I informed the vet of the feeding regiment we had Max on and he seemed surprised. So we agreed to continue Max on the Tahiti Trader Noni Juice for the next six months and then return to see what if any of the tumor is left. We have a measurement of 7 inches round. In January we will have Max's final results. I can't thank Jim enough for giving me the Noni Juice for the last six month and letting me know about this powerful healing Juice. I will be putting our order in soon and we will be keeping Max on the Juice the rest of his days.”

It is now February 2019 when we got an update on Max...over a year after his cancer diagnosis!
