⅓ c crumbled feta cheese

1 handful spinach

⅓ c fresh parsley, chopped

¼ c mint leaf, chopped

1 tbsp Frank’s Red Hot Original

1 lemon zested lemon

3 oz goat cheese pretzel

6 oz Tahiti Trader Noni Juice
